Using latest technology and software like TRIMBLE TBC, we will compare existing and proposed elevations, along with providing you with an exact estimate of cut and fill volumes. The program we employ can build an existing and proposed 3D model from a PDF file. All we require for most sites is an existing site plan with contours or spot elevations. We will take care of the rest. The following items are included:

What You Receive
After completely analyzing the quantity surveys, the final report will include:
- Cost Estimation Spread sheet with quantity takeoff along with labor & material cost.
- Project synopses (will contain all quantities of "Takeoff" material involved)
- Volume calculations
- Cut / Fill Grid report with 3D color graphics of the existing/proposed areas
- PDF file sent via E-mail

- Balance Regions, showing you the most economical way to manage site cuts and fills.
